The Body Corporate's Operational Rules, and more particularly r5 (a), prohibits residents from parking a vehicle, or permitting a vehicle, to be parked on any part of the common area property. Residents should note that any vehicle parked in contravention of Body Corporate’s Operational Rules is subject to removal by the Body Corporates towing contractor. Residents are also advised that the Body Corporate’s Operating Rules, and more particularly r24 (b) prohibits large moving trucks from entering the development.
