SKY TV Facilities

The development is equipped with a SKY TV / Main Aerial TV (MATV) facility. Each unit within the development is connected to this facility. In accordance with the Body Corporate’s Operational Rules, and more particularly r7, residents are not permitted to erect, fix or place any aerial, satellite dish, antenna or similar device, on or to the exterior of a unit, or on or to the common area property.
