Smoke Alarms

All units in the development are fitted with wireless interconnected smoke alarms with 10-year lithium batteries. In the majority of cases, the smoke alarms throughout the development were replaced during 2024. In accordance with the Body Corporate’s Operational Rules, and more particularly r13 (i), residents are required to maintain an interconnected smoke alarm system in their units and are not permitted to remove those devices under any circumstances.
