Tenants Resources

Those residents who are tenants as defined by the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 are able to view copies of any relevant tenancy legislation and the Body Corporate’s Operational Rules from this section of the Body Corporate’s website. Those residents who are tenants, and who wish to interact with the Body Corporate, are encouraged to do so via the registered proprietor of that unit.
