Tenants renting units from a proprietor of the Mountview Village Body Corporate development are governed by the provisions of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 (RTA). The RTA clearly sets out the rights and obligations of each party in that relationship. Tenants are advised that pursuant to the RTA, the Body Corporates Operational Rules form part of any tenancy.
